in the Workforce and Education industry. Her career began in Healthcare as a Navy Corpsman
serving in leadership roles as a Leading Petty Officer. After honorably serving on active-duty, she
obtained a Nursing and Master of Business Administration Degree which proved key to her
success as she rose through the ranks to Chief Operating Officer of a large Medical Center in the
Orlando, Florida area. Presented with an opportunity to change courses in her career, Kim joined a
prestigious staffing firm with headquarters in California, that entrusted her to solely manage the
Central Florida area. Kim has also been highly sought–after as a Motivational Speaker and Mentor
in addition to Training workshops and Seminars for all industries. She sits on numerous Advisory
