The AGS team consists of U.S military veteran leaders and industry experts in the workforce and education arena. Our backgrounds include real world and leadership experience in the fields of Aviation, Construction, Education, Healthcare, Information Technology, Transportation and Logistics. Collaboratively, for more than 15 years we have helped bridge the gap between education and employment nationally. AGS is quickly growing and holds numerous certifications. As the leading force of a unified winning team, Kim founded Aligned Employment Resources, LLC dba Aligned Government Services based on the concept of universal connection. “Nothing in the world stands by itself”. Kim possesses 23 years of successful Senior Management experience in the Workforce and Education industry. Her career began in Healthcare as a Navy Corpsman serving in leadership roles as a Leading Petty Officer. After honorably serving on active-duty, she obtained a Nursing and Master of Business Administration Degree which proved key to her success as she rose through the ranks to Chief Operating Officer of a large Medical Center in the Orlando, Florida area. Presented with an opportunity to change courses in her career, Kim joined a prestigious staffing firm with headquarters in California, that entrusted her to solely manage the Central Florida area. Kim has also been highly sought–after as a Motivational Speaker and Mentor in addition to Training workshops and Seminars for all industries. She sits on numerous Advisory and Non–profit boards and is recognized as a community leader. After an Award–winning career, she set out to use her full cycle staffing experience and skills into the Career College setting to capitalize on helping students gain knowledge, skills and ability through training and education – leading to successful career paths as graduates. Kim firmly believes that a traditional college may not be the career path nor the best choice for certain individuals; however, introducing trade skills typically motivate individuals to want to further their education. “Connecting US Works”
