After honorably serving on active-duty, she obtained a Nursing and Master of Business Administration Degree which proved key to her success as she rose through the ranks to Chief Operating Officer of a large Medical Center in the Orlando, Florida area. Presented with an opportunity to change courses in her career, Kim joined a prestigious staffing firm with headquarters in California, that entrusted her to solely manage the Central Florida area.
