Custodial/ Janitorial Services ( Coos Bay, Oregon)

AGS is currently recruiting for Custodians in Coos Bay, Oregon  who are highly reliable, compassionate, and experienced
Description of Work – Clean two (2) double-vault toilet restroom buildings. The work will also include removing trash from two trash cans within the recreational area and clearing all trash from within the site’s four parking lots.
Location of Work – The work shall be performed at Bastendorff Beach, located approximately 5 miles south of Coos Bay, Oregon, on Bastendorff Beach Road.
Schedule 
• High Season: June 20, 2025, through September 8, 2025, and May 19, 2026, through June 19, 2026 Cleaning shall occur 7 days per week, Sunday through Saturday. All services shall be completed between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. (113 days)
• Mid-Season: September 9, 2025, through October 31, 2025, and March 1, 2026, through May 18, 2026 Cleaning shall occur 5 days per week, Thursday through Monday. All services shall be completed between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. (94 days)
• Low Season: November 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026 Cleaning shall occur 2 days per week, Friday and Sunday. All services shall be completed between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. (34 days)
• Note: Federal and other holidays are not observed under this contract. Contractor shall perform all days specified including those on holidays and weekends. 1.4 Schedule and Inspections-
Randomized Monitoring
      The contract’s COR or their designated inspectors shall conduct randomized monitoring of conducted work. To be valid, inspections will be conducted within an hour of the restroom servicing. After serving a restroom the contractor is required to complete the serving log. This document is posted inside each restroom and asks for the cleaner’s initials, the date, and the time that they finished cleaning the restroom. The contractor’s staff is expected to attempt to begin work no earlier 15 minutes before the schedule cleaning time or 15 minutes after the scheduled cleaning time. Completion times of all work must be between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm to enable government staff have an opportunity for inspections.

  1. This site consists of four parking lots:
    1.  three small parking lots along Bastendorff Beach Road
    2. one large parking lot adjacent to the south jetty.
      1. The site has two double-vault toilet restroom buildings (defined below in 2.2).
      2. One is located in a small parking lot along Bastendorff Beach Road, and the other is in the large parking lot adjacent to the south jetty (see maps – Attachment No.
      3. Each restroom building is equipped with a garbage can station containing a 30-gallon, predator-resistant garbage container.
