Customer Service Specialist
AGS, is currently recruiting for Customer Service Specialist who are highly reliable, compassionate, and experienced in Orlando or surrounding areas.

Job Description: 
  • Performs data entry; generates reports and forms.
  • Conducts research for completion of special projects and work assignments.
  • Provides customer service to the Division’s internal and external customers by resolving questions and concerns.
  • Accepts, receives, and/or collects payments.
  • Prepares monthly reports to be submitted to Division Manager, Department Director and Program Managers.
  • Responsible for monitoring assigned programs monthly, quarterly and annual reports and program agreements/contracts as assigned by the Division Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
  • Subject to pass a background/security investigation
Experience:
  • Six months experience of clerical, office, customer service, or other administrative work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Background Check:
  1. Two (2) levels of background checks shall be performed
 Drug Screen:
  1.  Five panel drug screen to include amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana metabolites, opiate metabolites and phencyclidine.
