AGS, is currently recruiting for Office Supervisor is highly reliable, compassionate, and experienced in Orlando or surrounding areas.

Job Description: 
  • Supervises office staff and/or part time students/federal work study students, which may include hiring, scheduling, and training.
  • Provides administrative support to department, such as distributing mail, managing calendars, maintaining filing system, and routing phone calls.
  • Submits information for payroll processing.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operations to ensure the provision of high-quality care and services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
  • Undertake fiscal planning, budgeting, and managing operations within established parameters.
  • Implement organizational policies and procedures, as well as service policies.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
  • Subject to pass a background/security investigation
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Background Check:
  1. Two (2) levels of background checks shall be performed
 Drug Screen:
  1.  Five panel drug screen to include amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana metabolites, opiate metabolites and phencyclidine.
