AGS, is currently recruiting for Accountant who are highly reliable, compassionate, and experienced in Orlando or surrounding areas.

Job Description: 
  • Prepares and coordinates with County Finance all necessary adjusting entries.
  • Analyzes all projects within the program, including ensuring available funding or processing a budget change request.
  • Interviews, hires, evaluates, coordinates, organizes, and supervises accounting staff.
  • Plans, organizes, develops, reviews, and revises accounting forms, fiscal statements, controls, information systems, and procedures to promote efficient financial records.
  • Maintains salary spreadsheets, leave balances, and petty cash fund for department.
  • Performs analysis and evaluations of budget expenditures.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
  • Subject to pass a background/security investigation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; supplemented by a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative support function performing clerical, accounting, or bookkeeping work.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Background Check:
  1. Two (2) levels of background checks shall be performed
 Drug Screen:
  1.  Five panel drug screen to include amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana metabolites, opiate metabolites and phencyclidine.
