Case Manager

AGS, is currently recruiting for Case Manager who are highly reliable, compassionate, and experienced in Orlando or surrounding areas.
Job Description: 
  • Conducts intake and needs assessment interviews with applicants; verifies and analyzes collected data, and makes recommendation for eligibility/non-eligibility.
  • Completes income certifications for applicants to ensure the household is eligible for county, state, and federal programs.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with public and private service providers within the community.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports as necessary or required.
  • Participates in peer review on a monthly basis.
  • Assists applicants in applying for other available benefits (such as SSI).
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
  • Subject to pass a background/security investigation
Experience:
  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related field, with two (2) years experience in the area of contract management, public policy, or other similar experience
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Background Check:
  1. Two (2) levels of background checks shall be performed
 Drug Screen:
  1.  Five panel drug screen to include amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana metabolites, opiate metabolites and phencyclidine.
